Shipping policy

🌸How much Milk/Ashes do I need 

Per order I ask for 1oz of milk. 

1 scoop of formula 

1-2 teaspoons of cremation ashes 

2 large or 3 small dried flower petals 

1/2 of umbilical cord 

1-2 inches of hair 

These amounts provide extra in case of leaks in transit and it’s enough for a couple pieces. 

🌸 How to ship inclusions

You can be responsible for shipping your inclusions, first class, through USPS and pay $5 additional shipping cost to mail your finished piece 

                - OR - 

I can send you a pre paid shipping package to ship your inclusions to me and pay $15. This also includes the cost to ship your finished piece. 

🌸 shipping delays 

Once the item leaves my possession, I am not in control with shipping! Shipping delays usually occur most during holidays. Please be patient. If your item has not arrived within 4 weeks after I have sent, I will call the post office! There isn’t much I can do other than that. So please be patient.
