  • How much Milk/Ashes do I need 

Per order I ask for 1oz of breastmilk

1 scoop of formula 

1-2 teaspoons of cremation ashes 

2 large or 3 small dried flower petals 

1/2 of umbilical cord 

1-2 inches of hair 

These amounts provide extra in case of leaks in transit and it is enough for a couple pieces. 

  • How to ship inclusions

You can be responsible for shipping your inclusions, first class, through USPS and pay $5 additional shipping cost to mail your finished piece 

                - OR - 

I can send you a pre paid shipping package to ship your inclusions to me and pay $15. This also includes the cost to ship your finished piece. 

  • Shipping Inclusions 

Breast Milk:

Enclose 1 oz of room temperature breastmilk into a sealed breastmilk storage bag and then into a sealed ziplock bag to prevent leaks.  Expired and frozen milk is fine as long is it is room temperature when shipped to prevent condensation inside the shipping package.

 

Cremation Ashes:

Place 1 teaspoon of ashes into a sealed container and then into a sealed ziplock bag to prevent leaks.

 

Hair:

Please provide a lock of hair 1-2" long if possible, 1 inch at least. Please bind the lock with thread, etc to ensure that it stays together and place in a sealed ziplock bag.

 

Umbilical cord:

Place umbilical cord in a ziplock bag and into the shipping package.

 

Flowers:

Flowers should be completely dried before shipping. Please provide 2-3 large petals or 4-5 small petals and place into a sealed ziplock bag.

 

Formula:

Place 1 scoop of powdered formula inside of a sealed ziplock bag and then into a second sealed zip lock bag to prevent leaks

 

Please clearly label bags and containers with the name associated with your order. First and Last name on each Inclusion

 

**Please do NOT send the last of any of your inclusions as they are irreplaceable items. I am not responsible for inclusions being lost or damaged in transit or for delays in shipping.**

 

  • Turn around time? 

7-10 weeks from the time I receive your setting and inclusions. 

 

  • What do you do with leftover inclusions?

I will hold all left over inclusions with your name on them for future orders 

 

  •  What metals are used in the settings? 

925 sterling silver or stainless steel but I can and will offer other metals or golds 

 

  •  Will my Jewelry Turn or Tarnish Over Time?

Your breastmilk has been completely preserved so it will not turn inside of the stone. However, your keepsake jewelry is made with resin and all resin can yellow over time. To increase longevity please follow the care instructions provided with your finished piece. Care instructions are also listed in the terms and conditions. Sterling silver can tarnish over time. It is recommended to clean sterling silver with a polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Rose gold and gold plating can wear off over time.

 

  • Do you offer discounts? 

At this time, no. There will be sets that will be lower price than buying individual. 

 

  •  Do you charge extra for additives? 

There is no charge for additives!
